The concept of the Dutch disease is an economic as a term expresses the economic situation is not desirable or undesirable, infect rentier economies that depend on natural resources (also called resource curse), with the result that provoked undesirable in the productive sectors, especially the industrial sector as a result of the discovery of resources natural, Algeria is exporting fuel states, they are oil and natural gas together issued, making them vulnerable to Dutch disease more than other states, though made known by various successive governments in Algeria policies and try to diversify the productive economic activities and reduce dependence on the hydrocarbon sector as a sector generating hard currency ratio , most of these policies remain sterile in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, leaving the hydrocarbon sector as a sector commander of the national economy and the largest sector in terms of added value compared to other sectors.
