The University Professor is the axis and the Spinal column in University Establishments and the fundamental rock in the formation process, it depends on him to activate it well until it becomes the university lighthouse that guides the community in its progress and development, and to achieve this; the professor must be restricted with a bunch of legal Commitments in the first place, and Characterized by a group of ethics which is one of the necessities of the university thesis performance, especially everything the professor does have an ethical implications.

So, we try in this article to highlight this topic, through providing an extensive reading which will answer on different questions related to the necessary need for the restrictions and ethics in the university professional environment.
