In this research paper, we seek to identify the impact of the exploitation of intellectual capital on the improvement of creative banking capacities.

We therefore prepared a questionnaire which was distributed to a sample of 260 employees of Algerian and foreign banks operating in the city of Constantine.

After analyzing the sample's responses, there is a strong relationship between human capital and creative capacity, also an average relationship between structural capital and creative capacity, and a weak relationship between the low capital between customers and creative ability.

We noted that the dimensions of human capital as well as the structural and customer dimension have an impact on creative capacities.

The study concludes that the impact of intellectual capital on creative capacity is quantified by a mathematical model that links them.
