Abstract EN

The objective of study is to show how firms act according to the rules of relational marketing regarding the dynamism of reactions, extremely flexible with the variables of external environment appearance of marketing is concomitant in the big growth recorded by the supply and demand of services in all sectors of economy.

Since then firms try to give products of better quality to answer the desire of differentiation and its persistence.

Also studies led by firms are based on the clients.

Since since the emergence of marketing, he is admitted of the change obligations which are at the origin of two challenges to firms: or to confront competition, or to follow the behaviour development of the clients .

In this stage firms received the importance of a situation not only based on offer, but also on client and understanding of its requirements in growth middle of all these events marketing began turning to the research of stocks, since the building and the valuation of uninterrupted relations.

To be possible keep them as benefit source and to get one more in their monitoring.
