Abstract EN

This article aims at trying to highlight signification and importance of the organizational learning in the organisation, which became an important factor, especially for firms with technological developments and explosion of information where an augmented attention to the necessity to take into account this concept in the reality of institutions, and for it, we are going to try to clarify the concept of the type of detail and to eliminate confusion with some one concepts which overlap, besides defining strategical importance, operational and public.
