Abstract EN

Algerian legislator tried in the context of the necessary harmonization of deferent regulations on public procurement law with international law which are signed by Algeria, in particular against corruption, thinks to lot of national legislations aim to respect fundamental principles of procurement law which are based on free access, equality and transparency, because sometimes, the public officials do not respect regulations of public procurement, which means a major threat to benefits of economic operators.

All of that encourage the Algerian legislator to adopt a new legal interlocutory proceeding which allow to claimant to ask the judge to protect his rights.
