Abstract EN

This study has focused on poetic intertextuality and it has chosen one of the Algerian novels that is written in french which is entitled « the sheep of the lord » to the novelist Yasmina Khadra.

Selecting this novel in this research was not rendomly but was for in a purpose since this nove lis rich in and full of implicating texts either relgious, historic or folklor texts that are not deliberately mentioned.

The novelist has presented all these texts either in a conscious or unconscious way through dialogues and obsorptions.

This in turn, give the texts aesthetic and rich mening since the novel was talking about the black decimal.
