The role of non-governmental organizations in terms of armed conflicts is almost without limits, despite of the fact that, the existing difference about legitimacy of this role since there is no defining judicial rules, vice versa; it is accepted by the international community, notably in field of human relief and defense of human rights.

However, from realistic side, this role has restrictions that are mainly related to principles of world law on the one hand, and specific principles that govern the task of these organizations, on the other hand.
