Abstract EN

In this study we focus on the subject of the political development and the good governance problematic in Algeria, by highlighting the relationship between the starting points and the determinants theory which explain these two concepts and analysis, and between the political problems which is connected with the political life in Algeria, proceeding from two principals variables: the political development or the political life democratization as a free and principal variables, and the good governance as a dependent variable, and how the Algerian political system deal with it, through the provision and the achievement of the rule of law (state of law), political quality and the effectiveness in the general affaire management.
