Although the proportion of SME's active in the agriculture sector is considered very small percentage compared to the total number of SME's active in Algeria, and the rate of its development during the study period is low, but their contribution to the Algerian economy, especially in the value added non-hydrocarbon sector is very agreeable rate and close to the contribution of other sectors in which their numbers times the number of agricultural institutions.

that's what it takes more interest in this sector and strengthened in every possible way because it is one of the effective methods and techniques that allow the support and development of the economy and promotion of exports and achieve a good balance of trade and reduce dependence on hydrocarbon sector.
