Abstract EN

I then divided the concept of dependency as a distinguishing element to the individual work contract.

after that i showed the dependency theories which the Islamic jurists talked about: they are the economical dependency theory, the legal dependency theory.

then i followed them with my own opinion.

after that i showed the bases that the dependency element avails.

these bases are the element of subsidiary work, wage, actual power and the influence of the presence of dependency and how to prove it, i discussed the role of the dependent relation in the individual work contract and the rest of the contracts which is related to it in one aspect or more.
