The current study seeks to reveal the doctor professional place and its role for the change cultural and social in the field, so he working on various changes at both the professional presence with his friends and colleagues or from the social presence with his family ,relatives and neighbors, also through this scientific endeavor by using different search tools, the study found a range of outcomes: the role of the doctor in the city of laghouat positive pivot when members of society, and that the doctor still maintains a prestigious status compared to the rest of the community of other professions, as the doctor still maintains a prestigious position in society compared with the rest of the other professions, so, in spite of the problems and complexities and stressors affecting daily, it still is appreciated and respected in the community, as the study showed that the physician as an individual in social surroundings and as a fellow in professional surroundings, contributed all of his thought and knowledge in order to raise the level of culture and health awareness among citizens, and that despite the availability of doctors and health system development in the city of laghouat, but the native citizen however still resort to traditional medicine and see the doctor at once.
