This article aims to determine the extent of organizational learning culture within the company of fatty substances "CGS La Belle Annaba " and its relationship to job satisfaction.

A model and research hypotheses have been designed considering the problem of the study and relevant previous theoretical work in this field.

The results of the statistical analysis showed one hand, the degree of the presence of organizational learning culture was average and the degree of employee job satisfaction was also moderate and the other, it is a positive and significant relationship between the culture of organizational learning and job satisfaction.
