This research aims to yduts the impact of the global financial crisis on the performance of arab stock markets by identifying fo the concept , reasons fo this crisis and to highlighting the reality of a sample performing Arab market before the accur, osyf study some of indicators which shows its impact on the performance of those markets, due to the importance of these markets in advancing economic development.

the study found that Arab countries must establish procedures for addressing the various ramifications of crisis such as improving the regulatory structures and appls dht corporate governance to enhance stability of the stock markets.
