Abstract EN
The successive developments and the rapid progress in various fields, especially higher education, imposed on the the university Algerian need to reconsider the mechanisms, and puts it in an urgent need to move towards total quality management system, in order to ensure its continuity and its ability to meet global challenges.
The Total Quality Management has demonstrated positive results in achieving the competitive position of a number of industrial companies, and some countries that have implemented comprehensive quality management system in universities experiments demonstrated that this system can help and orderly university institutions to bring about a process of change and development in the educational system, It means the university as a social institution integrated affect runoffs in some, not as parts and scattered groups
