Abstract EN

Islamic instruments are the most important tools of the Islamic financial industry, given their effective role in the financing of a modern economy.

Faced with worsening financial problems of the Algerian economy because of the impact of the global oil crisis at present, and dryness of its sole financial source, it becomes necessary to seek other sources and efficient solutions to mobilize the necessary financial resources to complete the development process in Algeria.

There fore, this study aims to explore the possibility of applying the experience of securitization as a financing option for the Algerian economy through conceptual Islamic instruments and their role in the modern economy, and highlight the oil price collapse on the Algerian economy and, finally, to provide a number of factors provided by the economic and social environment in Algeria and permit the successful experience of securitization as a financing tool for the economy.
