This study aims to know the reality of psychological accompaniment in the school environment and the factors influencing them, The study sample consisted of (22) El Tarf state, Adviser for guidance and counseling, and (39) students from the third year secondary pupils, to achieve the study goals, where they have been subjected to the data collection questionnaire, and validity and reliability were tested and affirmed.

the study findings were as follows: The absence of psychological accompaniment of the pupil in the school environment, specialty university adviser for guidance on the effect accompany pupils psychologically, The mastery of psychological tests for direction and guidance counselor directly and indirectly impact the accompaniment of pupils psychologically, That the reality of direction and guidance counselor its obstacles and difficulties that may adversely impact on the psychological accompaniment for pupils.
