The implementation of foreign criminal sentences is a complementary system to the system of extradition , as both a founder of legal action on the treaty , or reciprocity ,or national law , as the country that refuse to extradite the person to the requesting state under the pretext that one of its nationals it may be tried , otherwise implementation judgment in the case of issuance of the requesting state, until this criminal is cornered by all international legal means available even to Evelt punishment.
