The scientific and education scenes in algeria note the rapid evolution of algerian schools and new reforms in changing curriculum methods (curriculum approach competencies) which aspires to make the individual learner more cognizant and the teacher became as a mediator between the curriculum and the student, and this is by making learning more interactive and deflected from the old methods, and thats why the subject of classroom interaction and detecting the obstacles of interaction during classroom management issue raised the ire of those interested in the education sphere in our country, this study aims to find the teachers of the third phase ( fifth year) in primary education during the implementation of the educational act on one hand and on the other hand, some of the necessary variables during the educational process.
