Abstract EN

The relationship between the concept of civil society and interactions with national actors raises several problems whether at the academic or at field level that makes the interpretation of the nature of this relationship understandable in the light of an accurate scientific conceptualization by establishing realistic indicators including the economic side, the social, and political; in addition to a set of classification criteria according to local, regional, and international sources.

the importance of the concept of civil society in making national policy is as a key method to interpret the epistemological evolution and definition of participation in political studies.

the aim of this study is to determine the various internal factors influencing the national trends which contribute to the evolution of the concept of civil society and political participation..

the study attempts to explain the concept of civil society and the role can play in decision making policy where the development of different ontological perspectives is needed for the interpretation of the role.

the results will enable us to the understanding of the evolution of theorization in political studies in the future.
