Abstract EN

This study intended to clarify the role of intellectuel capital dimensions in the activation of activities in support of continous improvement in heigher education.

thus, through the analysis of data field study of the subject, it seems that there is an interest by the department of the faculty of economic science and commerce and management with the topic of intellectual capital which contributes to the formation and stimulation of teachers and provide a creativity environment in the Algerian university.

so, in the absence of a clear vision and strategy by the university administration, it has become necessary to establish a strategy for the management of intellectual capital dimensions as interactive………..

wich leads to the lifting of the Algerian university outputs to the labor market.
