The new studies has given a big importance to the novelistic letter’s analysis and so to the understanding and reading problems .and during this huge interest they started caring about the thresholds such as the letters that has an imperative semantic dimension, and the most important one is the cover because it represents an interactive base that enable the recipient to recognize the semantic dimensions of the text which enrich the general installation of the text.

However this threshold can’t be that important without the inner nature of the text and the author’s aim and the way he chose the “thresholds “that surround the cover , this the artistic panel which is composed from many thresholds in the title of the novel and it’s icon , and the name of the author and the word of the cover ...

etc like the parallels texts that makes us closer from the principal text, and the goal behind that is trying to accomplish a analytic reading to understand the threshold „s role in determining the general significance of the text , as the novel of “the prince’s book” some thresholds which we can use to proceed in this approach.
