The research focuses on the role of corporate governance in the economic reform, for the advancement of developing economies and enhance the advanced economies, as well as the statement of its role in attracting investment and supporting investment decisions by improving corporate performance, enhance disclosure and transparency and the provision of financial statements reliable and free of fraud and errors, and provide information necessary and appropriate at the right time for investors, stakeholders and society.
