Electronic and computer related crimes in all its forms including forgery in the cyberspace lead to many legal and procedural issues considering the nature and the particularity of these crimes and the consequent legal implications and perhaps the most important is to prove these cybercrimes and the effectiveness of the employed methods in the cyberspace.
