This study has been prepared for the benefit of the national institute of education to create users and improve their level in algiers - accidentally stand on the most important formative needs required by the average education managers while performing administrative functions in the light of the ministerial decree no.
175 dated 02.03.1992 which defines the functions of the middle manager, and focused on communication skills to figure out the possibility of including or modify the administrative contact measure during formation managers.
- the study was launched during the 2010-2011 school year included (22) as director in gas; where the test is designed to measure the degree of director of communication skills (written, oral, avatar, technological), and has been using the data processing spss).
with the following results- middle school education managers practiced verbal communication skills, verbal and written considerably.
-middle school education managers practiced in the city m'sila moderately symbolic communication skills as a support written communication and oral average education managers exercised technological communication skills in a low degree.
