Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of mental health among children in light of some of the psychological, social and educational rights and the relationship of these rights both, sex, place of residence to achieve this, developed a tool to measure the degree of enjoyment of these children the psychological, social and educational rights in the community where the terms of honesty and appropriate consistency and are available was distributed to a sample of (90) children (state of laghouat), it revealed the results of the study on the degree of enjoyment of these children the psychological, social and educational rights in the community was part of the degree of (often), as the study also showed that there are differences statistically significant differences in the degree of enjoyment psychological social and educational rights depending on the variable in favor of male sex and place of residence for the benefit of the village.
