Abstract EN

Over the life of the individual, experiencing different degrees of pressure, anxiety, disappointments and periods of mourning, most people succeed in the face of these problems, but a considerable number of individuals need help to recover the state of balance in their lives.

at present, mental health or psychological problems represent the most important challenges facing the achievement of public health, but do not receive the same degree of attention, here comes our study to explore the psychological problems in a sample of university students who are considered as the elite of society, using a tool of mental status assessment conducted by two doctors : Ilhami Abdel Aziz Imam and Mahmoud Abdelrahmane Hammouda.

This study aims to diagnosis within the student community, and we mean describing the size and distribution of the relevant mental health in the university community mental disorders, and in other words, to assess the health status of the psychological problem in the community of university student with the help of statistical tools, and this is what it is usually called the term "diagnosis in the community "while clinical examination is designed to diagnose the disorder in the individual, that is, our study along the lines of epidemiological studies aimed at diagnosing some psychological problems among students of the University of Laghouat community.

This study has reached the presence of symptoms of various disorders and to varying degrees in the student center at the University of Laghouat.
