Abstract EN

The research aims determine the dimensions of social responsibility in university education, and the fact the application of quality requirements, and to submit proposals to achieve the quality of social responsibility in university education to serve the community, and use the search descriptive approach documentary of the content analysis of the literature and studies that discussed the topic of social responsibility and quality in higher education to serve the community and concluded research results, including : that the social responsibility of university education centered in three main dimensions, namely: the social dimension, environmental dimension, economic dimension, and that the application of quality social responsibility requires planning for the quality of social responsibility, and the dissemination of culture, and the conviction by applying quality and social responsibility, and ta'zir teamwork, quality educational content for universities that meet societal needs, and that of the most important proposals to achieve the quality of social responsibility to serve the community, are : to include social responsibility and concepts in educational programs of the university, and work to improve the services offered by the university to the community, and the creation of real jobs, and provided for members of the community, and benefit from foreign expertise in the field of quality assurance of the social responsibility of universities.
