Abstract EN

This study aims to reveal the relationship of emotional intelligence strategies to cope with the psychological stress (strategies focused on the problem, and strategies focused on emotion) among a sample of students of the second year of secondary, also it aims to demonstrate the differences between the sexes in the confrontation strategies used by these students about the pressure psychological they face.

this study has reached a number of conclusions, including : - the presence of significant differences between students with high emotional intelligence and low emotional intelligence in the total score of the coping strategies based on the problem and this is for the benefit of students with high emotional intelligence.
