Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying how female patients adapt with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) resulting from breast cancer along with their husbands and daughters.

They sample consisted from 75 women, the study instrument was developed to measure carefree life, psychological adaptation and PTSD.

The sample was divided into two separate groups: women with breast cancer and women free from breast cancer along with their husbands and daughters.

The study results showed that there is a statistical difference between cancer patients and non patients; women who had breast cancer were less adaptive and lived more stressful life than non-patients.
