Abstract EN

The new technology of communication is, actually, from the most important domain, in people’s lives.

We can’t thinking about a world without Internet, without face book….ex although experts specialist in information sciences have expected that the old media ( presse, radio , the television.) are coming to an end because of the technological revolution and the international market’s requirements.

Specially the television in the development countries, is becoming just a most pictures and videos, disturbing from the different’s social’s work (face book, youtube…).

The When on the other hand, the Arabic televisions, including the Algerian one, are still at the beginning of the way especially because of it’s a new dealing with private channels.

Regarding those are attending for preparing the programmes’ networks for channels in their feverish competitions to raise the percentages of watching and augment their interests in the advertisement market.

Connecting with this optic, our study seeks defining the different’s models of technology, using to developing the Televisional programming of the privates channel’s Algerian, and how can attracting the audience.

Our study analysing also, the characteristics of the blog’s or sit’s electronique creating about those channels and their objects (defining the channel, the different’s programmes …make a relation with the users,)
