the three countries also allocated workers to look at the financial aspects, as defined dates and venues to raise money, as well as to monitor the financial affairs of workers.

this led to a good management of financial house money.

the three countries also implemented a private prudent fiscal policy derived from the teachings of Islamic sharia in the infancy of any era of power and prosperity, and this contributed to the organization of the house money.
