Abstract EN

Our study aims to develop a draft project for a training program for the benefit of guidance school and vocational guidance counselors to provide psychological and educational services for the benefit of candidates for official examinations.

this program is based on a range of psychological and educational strategies that can be adopted with all learners, especially those on the verge of official exams.

we will give the scheme and the content of psychological and educational advising program, which is based on a set of strategies, psychological and pedagogical those address the concern of the exams and the pressures of study and review provided to learners in training sessions.

this includes “allay fears” and “promote self-confidence” strategies, then hope transplant strategy for learners.

the program also includes a set of pedagogical strategies based on training learners to acquire good study skills during the review, particularly the planning and programming, perseverance for revision; the strategy of diversification throughout the subjects to avoid overlap of knowledges; the strategy of summarizing and mental mapping for understanding instead of automated memorizing of lessons; applications strategy, then collective audit strategy and finally strategies to deal with the exam questions.
