Internet technology has a great influence on the individuals‟ behavior and the change of the society‟s infrastructure through standards, values and ethics of its users and researchers for knowledge especially when we take into consideration that it represents a large segment of young teenagers who are not even controlled or observed and less oriented.

this phenomenon created a new culture of multiple labels notably known as „‟ online crimes‟‟.

lack of observation of internet use has fastened the spread of criminal behavior among adolescents despite their young age.

the proliferation of easy browsed web sites without taking into consideration what they might expose and to hat extend may affect on the teenagers the most.

this study aims to analyze the negative influence of internet technology on teenagers which led to the emergence of oblique behavior in Arab societies.
