Abstract EN

The aim of this studys, is to focus on the importance of tacit knowledge, in promoting the activity of creativity the organization, and how can thes knowledge as a strategic source influence on the creative process.

the results of this studay showed that there is a positive relationship between the tacit knowledge and the creative activity in the organizations of worood in wed souf.

this having the effect of tacit knowledge on the activity of creativity in the organization.

the study has also recommended to strengthen the cognitive abilities of the organization, and engagement of these ones to renow the knowledge of their members and interest in tacit knowledge in particular, in order to create organization with creative knowledge.
