The current study aims to identify pressures on secondary school teachers, that is why we have conducted a field study.
We supposed that this kind of stress is due to some demographic variables in school Hadi Mahmoud, Tamlouka of secondary school Guelma.
This study includes a sample of 32 teachers, who have been subjected to professional stress based on a scale prepared by Askar and others.
The results showed of statically analysis that the level of professional pressure among the members of average is the sample.
The study also showed that there are no statically significant differences on the level of professional pressure because of sex, social situation variable, and that existence of significant difference is due to the variable of professional experience.

L’objectif de cette étude est de déterminer le niveau de pression professionnelle chez les enseignants du secondaire.
Pour ce faire, nous avons donc effectué une étude sur le terrain, incluant un échantillon de 32 professeurs de l’établissement de l’enseignement secondaire Hadi Mahmoud Tamlouka Guelma province.
Notre hypothèse est que la plupart des pressions professionnelles sont dues aux changements démographiques.
Nous avons utilisé une mesure de pression professionnelle, préparée par Asker et d’autres.
Les résultats obtenus montrent que le niveau de la pression professionnelle chez les individus de l’étude est moyen, aucune différence significative du niveau de pression n’a été enregistrée en raison de la différence du sexe, de la situation matrimoniale, ou en raison de différences de l’expérience professionnelle.
