Abstract EN

This study aimed at exploring the relationship of self-efficacy of public schools principals in Bahrain and their work motivation.

a (181) principal in academic year 2014 / 2015 was consisted the study sample.

two instruments were used: "self- efficacy scale", and "work motivation questionnaire".

the most important result of the study was: there is a moderate positive relationship between self-efficacy of principals and their work motivation (0.48).

the researchers put some recommendations and suggestions.
