Abstract EN

We aim from this paper to project and illustrate the importance and the role of analysis models as a warning instrument to predict failure in economic enterprises, this subject is considered as an important one in finance and accountancy, because of its negative impacts on both of the developed and emergent economics.

We are going to concretize it through three main axes; the first one is about the economic enterprises‟ failure prediction, the second one studies the most important quantitative, qualitative and mixed analysis models, the third one is for recognizing the prediction determinants.
