This work aims to highlight the contribution of public relations to the development of human resources, based on a sample of employees of the University 08 May 45, Guelma.
Thus, the two researchers have tried to identify this contribution based on communicative connotations that increase our knowledge of the human mind, in the case where it is positive, it will be developed, while in the opposite case, work will be undertaken to remedy it.
Ultimately, public relations must be used and invested to produce outstanding work with effective leadership.
After reviewing the sample responses, the study concluded that there is a significant contribution, which needs to be continuously developed and improved.

Ce travail vise à mettre en évidence la contribution des relations publiques au développement des ressources humaines, en se basant sur un échantillon d'employés de l'Université 08 Mai 45, Guelma.
Ainsi, les deux chercheurs ont tenté d'identifier cette contribution basée sur des connotations communicatives qui augmentent notre connaissance de l'esprit humain, dans le cas ou elle se montre positive, elle sera développée, alors que dans le cas opposé, des travaux seront entrepris pour y remédier.
En fin de compte, les relations publiques doivent être utilisées et investies pour produire un travail exceptionnel avec un leadership efficace.
Après avoir examiné les réponses de l'échantillon, l'étude a conclu qu'il y a une contribution significative, qui doit être continuellement développée et améliorée.
