Abstract EN

This article aims to shed light on the constitutional amendments relating to the Constitutional Council, approved by the founder of the Algerian Constitutional Law No 16/01 .dated ,11/05/2016 and the removal of restrictions that limited the effectiveness of the Constitutional Council in the practice of its task in the field of controlling the constitutionality of laws and regulations especially those that relate to the rights and freedoms, that these restrictions including those related to off with the Council ,including with regard to the procedures adopted by the Council in the field of control of the constitutionality of laws ,some of which is related to the opinions and decisions of the Council.
