The Authority Principle of Management plays a vital role in the agreement on the contractual terms in state contracts, its branches as well as its institutions with foreign people, as it is recognized by all legislation in the civilized nations.

In other words, they leave the choice of contractors to select the applicable law to the contract .This principle is widespread because the contractors are fully aware of the contract conditions.

However, this role is not absolute since there is a space reserved for selection, mainly if there was a choice which is previously chosen by the legislature.

This choice does not accept the amendment because it is limited by specific legislative rules , though what comes out about this reserved space shall apply the rule “ of freedom of choice “.
