Abstract EN

The Algerian legislature approved many texts that aim at protecting the property from all types of infringement, and if his aim through Article 386 of the Penal Code - which is considered the general principle underlying the various crimes against property and the general for the protection of criminal property - is to give more protection and achieve deterrence .However ,this endeavor is not clear-cut ,stopping the usurpation of property must be clear and strong.

In fact ,the need leads us to fortify the real property and enhance its security.
