School and the mosque are the most important social institutions that deal with the process of education or socialization in the community.The school is working on the creation of an appropriate educational environ-ment through the interaction of three essential component in the school construction which are :the human component,the phisycal component ,and the moral side .The physical aspect which is related to the pedagogical and structure tools .The human side is based on the teachers administrative staff ,and workers.

The moral aspect is related to the educational process ,human relations ,and regulations .These components interact with each other in order to create an environment that works on raising pupils with deliberate ,and systematic manner.

The mosque is characterized as a divine status which publishes airfare spiritual that works to purify the human soul of such impurities .It Create suitable spiritual environment that raising the individual ,regardless of age which passes by.

But for education scientists ,Education is a participatory process .It is a rusult of cooperation of more than one institution.thus for the success of this process we should have an educational complementary between the school and the mosque.whereas ,in our daily life,we can not be seen this complementarities between the two institutions ,because each one works in isolation from the other.as result ,if we want to gain full targets of the educational system in Algeria ,it is neccessaary to have functional complementary between the school and the mosque through certain mechanisms ,which benefits from the properties ,and characteristics of each institution.
