The undisclosed information was protected at the international level before the TRIPS Agreement ,like the rest of the other industrial property .The Paris Convention ,which is the Constitution of Industrial Property ,did not address this element ,whose importance was crystallized with the great technological development of the world and fierce commercial competition among the various companies Which is why the TRIPS Agreement provides for its protection in its texts ,but its special nature has made its protection system special and different from other systems of protection of other industrial property elements
