The exercise of sports contributes to the intellectual openness of citizens and physical preparation and maintenance of their health .For a better organization the legislator has committed the use of doping by the athletes or the contributors .Doping addiction leads to an artificial increase in the ability of athletes ,and the legislative philosophy in the criminalization of doping is based on a healthy basis in order to maintain the health of athletes, and on the basis of equal opportunities between competitors.
