The competition is the basis of trade and its pillars ,because it urges the improvement of production and prices reduction ,and leads to the growth of trade and provides the welfare of the humanitarian community when it is based on solid foundations of honesty and fair .The principle of free prices is the most important principle of competition in the Market Economy where the issue of price fixing must be left to the law of supply and demand .But this principle can't be taken on the launch absolutely ,because of the risk that may involve competition between economic agents and the consumer ,which makes the state in some cases and exceptionally interfere and impose restrictions on the freedom of economic agents to determine and impose prices for some commodities of a strategic nature .In the context of respect for the principles of economic law and applicable laws ,the foreign trader must adapt to the price system adopted by the host country.
