Therefore the legislations .such as Algerian legislation issued regulations that permit the framing of the process of transmitting the funds abroad without affecting its financed interests .In the context of Algerian banking systems where this principlehas been enshrined in the investments act .in addition .its application and limits in accordance with law on money and credit.
