Abstract EN

The closest systems to the economic benefit cluster are the solidarity company ,which makes its creation two aspects ,one positive for the development of small and medium enterprises with the cooperation of its members to develop the economy of these institutions and improve its results .The second is negative due to the lack of personal consideration of the association and its members commitment to pay the debts of the association and their own funds ,in light of the lack of legal provisions that regulate this new phenomenon on the national economy.

Therefore ,we hope to strengthen the provisions of the Commercial Law relating to gatherings ,so as not to remain in the minds of economic dealers any area of doubt about the demand ,and this enables us to keep pace with the development of the global economy ,and access to international markets with the ability to compete.
