Abstract EN

In the Mudharabah Company, the Fiqh jurists (Fuqaha) have stated cases in which the worker (mudharib) is entitled to the similar fee.

It is the amount paid by the partner to the mudharib which is equal to the amount taken by a person doing the same work.

The main aim of this research is to identify the cases of the similar fee and its applications in the Mudharabah Company.

The research consists of four chapters: Chapter One: The introduction to the definition of the research title keys.

Chapter Two: Which a mudharib deserves in the Mudharabah Company.

Chapter Three: The Applications of Similar Fee in the Mudharabah Company.

Chapter Four: The Conclusion, which includes the findings and the recommendations.

The main findings and recommendations are the amount criteria are due to an estimate of the appropriate amount of work and the time of leasing (Ijarah) and its place.

In addition, the mudharib deserves the similar fee even in the losing Mudharabah.

The researcher recommends the importance of studying the applications of Fiqh.

Especially, the collection and study of the similar fee in other sections of Fiqh.
