In this paper we tried to address the problem of reducing the phenomenon of imitation of trademarks over the internet, where the trademark is a tool for distinguishing between goods and products and services and is a link between the owner of the mark and the consumer of goods, but the mark is infringed by imitation either ordinary or electronic is one of the most widespread forms of attack because of the great technological development, which raises many legal problems, such as the legislator's position on this phenomenon, and measures to limit it ?, which imposes on states to accelerate the provision of and for the guarantor to reduce this phenomenon, through the enactment of legislation to ensure comprehensive protection of the brand in the digital environment.
